Help on Using the SportsFanShop Site
   
  There are two ways to browse our online catalog. You can either browse through the categories and subcategories, or you can use the search key. If you are looking for something for a certain team, the best way is to enter the team name in the search box. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click on the yellow shopping cart to add it to your order. You will always have the option to add items, change quantities, or delete an item from your shopping cart. You can check your shopping cart at any time by clicking the white shopping cart near the top of the page. We also accept many different forms of payment: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, personal check, and money order. If you have any problems using our website, or have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to email us.  
 
   
  All information gathered by Sports Fan Shop through your order is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be distributed to any company or individual.   Welcome to SportsFanShop! Our specialty is sports novelty items, supplies, and cards. We stock items made by your favorite and best manufacturers: Riddell, Schutt, Remarkable Products, Twins, Ultra Pro, WinCraft, Upper Deck, Topps, Donruss, Decipher, and Wizards of the Cost, to name a few.

All WinCraft products (flags, banners, waste baskets, clocks, pennants, license plates, etc) may not be available in the exact design shown.  We do our best to keep all item images updated on our site, but because the designs change without warning, it’s possible a different design is shown that what is actually in stock.

  HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email, which will include a tracking number. Please check your email, including junk/bulk email folders, before calling or emailing to check on your order.

Cut off days/times:

To receive your order by Christmas using Standard ground shipping, we must receive your order by Friday, December 8th, 5pm CST. To receive your order by Christmas using Expedited 2nd Day Air shipping, we must receive your order by Wednesday, December 13th, 5pm CST. These cut off days/times are only valid for orders with all items in stock at the time of receipt. Any orders received after these days/times for the selected shipping method are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.


We only ship to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

In-stock orders going to the U.S. or Puerto Rico will ship within 1-3 business days (2-6 days during peak seasons such as Christmas). UPS will be used on all orders being shipped inside the United States. We will use USPS Priority for all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. On most orders, the actual USPS shipping costs are more than what the quoted shipping cost is on the order. If this is the case, you will be notified via email with the actual shipping cost that will be charged, and given the option to place or cancel your order.

Once your order is placed, processing time is 1-2 business days.  During peak seasons the processing time may be an extra 1-3 days.  Depending on where the order is being shipped, in transit time is an additional 1-4 business days.
 
 
   
  If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact Sports Fan Shop via email or phone within 10 days of receipt for an RMA number. Please have your invoice ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return items. If product is returned without an RMA number, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
